Job Description
- To complete full mental health assessment. To work with senior team in discussing new referrals to the team. Working with MDT. Identifying and managing risk. Identifying outcomes and correct pathways for new referrals. Working within the access component of a community mental health team.
Requirements
- Excellent clinical abilities in completing full mental health assessments. Good clinical reasoning in making clinical decisions. Experience in assessing risk and related outcomes. Good working experience within a MDT.
