Job Description

• Telephone triage and assessment, face to face assessments, walk-ins crisis assessments, duty phones, review of treatment, interagency working. ADHD assessments, link working with ADHD clinic and consultant.

Requirements

• NMC pin, Mental health nurse qualification, experience in working in a mental health community setting, preferably an access and assessment team. ECG trained and competent in measuring and recording of physical vital observations.
