Job Description

•  Assessments, risk assessments, duty calls and walk-ins, Key worker, documentation, Care Act assessments, administration of depot injections, organisation skills, show empathy, create, and implement a care plan, evaluate, and monitor improvement, organise own caseload, able to work under pressure, manage challenging cases.

Requirements

• Qualified Nurse (RMN), Knowledge of RIO, experience of completing mental health assessments, Care Act assessments, Administration of Depot injections, interpersonal skills, communications skills, advocacy skills, documentation skills.
