Job Description

• We are looking for 3 enthusiastic band 6 CPN’s to join our fast paced, well performing supportive and friendly Multi-disciplinary team in Salford.
• You will require experience of working in a mental health settings and awareness of delivery of community mental health care.
• You will hold and manage a complex caseload of service users  under the Care Program Approach .
• Cromwell House  supports staff in ongoing development and learning both inhouse and external, encouraging staff to develop and share specialist interests for the benefit of peers, service users and carers.
