Job Description

  • NL&SC SPCMHT covers a vast footprint including Blackpool, Fylde & Wyre, Lancaster and South Cumbria. We are seeking applications from confident and enthusiastic professionals who hold RMN/Social Work/OT registrations who are passionate about working in a perinatal service and have experience in a mental health, care coordination role. Post holders will carry out specialist assessments of women referred into the service and also be responsible for an allocated caseload working alongside senior clinicians and have responsibility for the delivery of high quality care.
    The role is Monday to Friday with flexibility on times of work between 8am and 8pm.

Requirements

  • Previous experience of multidisciplinary working and discharge planning within acute inpatient setting, ideally medical and / or older persons
  • Be heavily involved in turning user stories into testable, maintainable and high-quality code. This is a hands-on code design and coding role!
  • Be a valued member of an autonomous, cross-functional team delivering our messaging experience to businesses around the world
  • Promote and share knowledge for improvement of methodologies and best practices
  • Close-knitted collaboration with equally passionate team members having fun at work and feeling proud that you are a key part of creating world-class solutions for customer engagement
